If you would like to see your model supported, you can help us out by providing us with test data. Please send us an email if you would like to help and we can provide you with details. It's easy! It takes five minutes, and really does help. If you have any problems or find something you think may be incorrect, then of course, let us know. You can really help us out by providing us with test data, even for the models that are already supported.
I use the official Suunto cable with the FTDI driver. I have also tested a CustomIdeas cable with their driver and a Mosquito. Keyspan serial adapters should be supported, but I haven't tested this. Please let me know if you do.
For Original Suunto cables: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm
For the CustomIdea cable: http://www.customidea.com/devicedrivers.php
Note: The CustomIdea Intel Mac OS X driver is in beta, so currently you'll need to email them to request a copy (don't worry, they get back to you pretty quickly!).
You can also override the default serial port in the advanced preferences, which should allow you to get your device working if the serial device has been created with a name that isn't recognised by default. There is now an option to scan for possible serial ports and choose one.
For other cables you will have to find the correct USB driver. Usually a google will help.
